Usually in exceptional circumstances, Tony will also consider requests for online OTM© Game Management Coaching (1-2-1) to individuals unaffiliated to OTM FC.
These 90‑minute personal coaching check‑ins (usually delivered back‑to‑back as two 45‑minute sessions) give Tony and his emerging backroom coaches, time and space to work 1-2-1 with individuals on their Starting XI.
