who have completed Games 1 to 4 and are progressing toward the Level 1
OTM Coaching Badge.

Tony will also consider requests for online OTM© Game Management Coaching (1‑2‑1) from individuals unaffiliated with OTM FC.
These coaching call — usually delivered as two 45‑minute sessions — give Tony, along with his emerging backroom coaches, the time and space to work 1‑2‑1 with you on your Starting XI. The focus is always tailored, practical, and deeply supportive, helping each person strengthen the areas of their game that matter most.
