Learners begin their TACTICS journey by selecting their academy track and engaging with the core knowledge‑based components of the TACTICS World Series©. They complete the e‑books for Games 1 to 4, with the option to deepen their learning through webinars or in‑person training.

From Game 1 onward, they progress through the season step by step, unlocking each fixture as they advance toward their personal goals. Some will continue all the way to earn their Level 1 OTM Coaching Badge.
