All members of OTM FC, irrespective of academy track, learn the core knowledge-based components of the TACTICS World Series© by completing e-books for Games One to Four. This affordable foundational route, delivered as independent study, offers a reflective, self‑paced journey through the first half of the Series.
Recruits complete the foundational games of the the TACTICS Series through one of three academy tracks:
Game One
is a home game. In Game One
you meet the
Starting XI -
the team behind your life - their link up play and the contribution they make to a flourishing life.
Game Two
is an away match. In Game Two,
you meet the Opposition Starting XI and their bench - the 'players' who have set their stall out to oppose and frustrate your game.
Game 3
is the return fixture. In
Game 3,
you explore practical ways to move your game forward while effectively countering the opposition you met in Game 2.
In Game 4, we take you into the analyst's room where you learn to analyse and interpret life's fixtures and results wisely.
