The additional games of the TACTICS® World Series mark the shift from learner to OTM‑informed coach. They recognise members who have completed the foundational journey and are now advancing toward the Level 1 OTM Coaching Badge.
To earn the badge, members complete the four foundational games followed by four advanced fixtures that deepen coaching competence and cultural fluency. This is where the second half of your journey becomes personal, reflective, and assessment‑driven.
Supported by the Head Coach, Game 5, is your transitional step from player into leadership and coaching - not as a title but as a way of being - towards your OTM Coaching Badge. In this game you explore and respond to life's set pieces as an OTM coach.
In Game 7, Series Creator and Head Coach, Tony Bryce coaches your Starting XI and works with you towards your level 1 OTM Coaching Badge.
In
Game 8, we support you on your coaching journey by immersing you in the language of
OTM FC
and the beautiful game, exploring how that language plays out in everyday life.
In Game 9, members who have unlocked the foundational and advanced‑level games of the Tactics Series apply for their Level 1 OTM Coaching Badge and begin putting their learning into practice.
