becoming an otm coach
Becoming an OTM Coach is shaped by four advanced‑level games that guide your transition from player to coach. To be eligible, recruits must first complete all four foundation‑level games and have taken part in OTM Group Coaching.
Game 5: Coaching your Team
Game 5, is your transitional step from player into leadership and coaching - not as a title but as a way of being - towards your OTM Coaching Badge.
Game 7: OTM Coaching (1-2-1)
In Game 7, you meet Series Creator and Head Coach, Tony Bryce as he coaches your Starting XI and works with you towards your level 1 OTM Coaching Badge.
Game 8: Life Punditry
In Game 8, we immerse you in the language of OTM FC and and of the beautiful game and explore how it plays out in life.
Game 9: Join our Team
In Game 9, participants who have unlocked all 8 games of Tactics, Wisdom from the Beautiful Game, World Series© may apply for their level 1 OTM Coaching Badge.
Kick-Off
