Once you register for Game One, The Starting XI, the Team Behind the Life, you’ll receive an email from the Gaffer welcoming you to On the March (OTM) FC and instructions about your chosen academy track.

On the March (OTM) FC is a learning community where members train, learn, grow, and support one another to advance the game of their life.
