Subject to assessment, participants who have unlocked the foundational and advanced level games of Tactics, Wisdom from the Beautiful Game, World Series© may apply for their OTM Coaching Badge (Level 1).
This entry‑level badge marks the transition from player to developing coach, confirming that you understand the OTM© principles, can apply them to your own game, and are ready to begin supporting others as an OTM-informed Coach.

Level 1 is the first step for those interested in progressing toward joining the OTM Coaching Team as Assistant Coaches (Level 2) and, for those aiming higher, becoming Head Coaches (Level 3) leading their own Tactics training and coaching organisation.
