I’m Tony Bryce. You could call me a football pundit and coach, but in truth those roles have become something larger: a way of seeing life, understanding people, and helping others find their footing on this spinning ball we all share.


Football - association football, the beautiful game, soccer to some - has become my lens for training and equipping emerging game‑changers, starting with their Starting XI - the  inner game that shapes everything else.


As a child, I wrestled with the disappointment of defeat, the sting of under‑achievement, and the quiet blow to self‑esteem that comes from not being chosen. As a teenager, I knew the ache of searching for your place in the world, and how difficult it is to step forward without the guidance of wise mentors and supportive allies.


For more than 35 years, I’ve been a student of life and of the game. I’ve gathered wisdom not only from books and respected voices, but from watching life unfold, from my own howlers and own goals, and from the discipline of practising for improvement. Those lessons have shaped me into one of the skilled helpers I once needed.


My nine Game 'TACTICS: Wisdom from the Beautiful Game, World Series©' is one way I pass that learning on - turning experience into something that helps others play their best game. ⚽🌍

"TACTICS, Wisdom from the Beautiful Game, World Series,© is one of four optimum living education initiaves I’ve developed to guide you toward a life of depth, purpose, and meaning. Yet my hope goes beyond sharing my journey or my tools. I want to help you recognise the strength, wisdom, and potential already woven into your own story - and to be encouraged by what you find. 


My wish is that you experience me and the community I founded as warm, wise, insightful, practical,  encouraging, occasionally humorous, honest about setbacks, hopeful and more interested in transformation than information.

TACTICS® is where I share the story of how those lessons shaped me  and how they might shape your game.  Insights:

Yet, TACTICS® isn't only about becoming better at reading your own game. It's about becoming someone who can sit alongside another player without stealing possession. That's where the journey can lead. From understanding, to application, to helping others, to equipping others to do the same.
